Totally worth it for my opinion
This is my second Yadifen waist trainer. I started with the large 4 months ago. At first, I struggled to fasten the first row of hooks. Now, on the last row of hooks, it's loose, so time to size down.I'm really happy with this product. It's comfortable, durable, and it really works.My waist is down from about 36 inches to 29 inches.
