Moen has fallen sharply in quality while prices have risen significantly. Everything in this set is made of plastic, except for the rod and hose. Even the brackets that attach the bar to the wall are made of plastic. The hand shower has the cheapest design. Save $200 on this set and buy a sturdy steel rod, a quality handheld showerhead, a wall mounted handheld shower elbow (or in my case a 3-way shower diverter), and a handheld shower bracket with rod. , all for less than $100, and you have quality parts to build that far exceed the quality of this kit. I used to buy Moen products because of their excellent quality, so I am very disappointed with the direction they have taken.
