I love these pads because they are 100% cotton, breathable, soft and washable. Everything I wanted in a nursing pillow. I don't have a lot of leaks so I'm not worried about the ability to "suck" although they seem to catch a bit of stillness before showing. dry, dries very quickly, so for me it's not a problem. I also have several pairs. When you tumble dry them, they fold up and form weird "corners" that are visible through the shirt. Again, I don't mind as the comfort benefits outweigh the "cons" that hanging drying easily eliminates. I can only warmly recommend them, especially for the quite low price!
