God this is awesome! Dealt with painful PF for the past 2 months; and I understand that I may have to deal with this for a long time (ugh). Make a styrofoam hang (ok, but not enough to do a really good stretch). Also, use a rocking device (individually) for excellent stretches...one leg at a time; and I am very grateful to my physical therapist for demonstrating proper technique for maximum benefit. My podiatrist recommended glaze (with a bottle of frozen water); I did that too. I have a night splint but I can't wear it all night (shit) However, when I saw the Foot Log and read the reviews I was hoping that it would be another useful tool to combat PF. Immediately upon receipt I spent 15 minutes rolling both feet on a log while reading a book (which was informative). I sit here writing this review on very, very happy feet. My barking dogs are quiet and wag their tails! I will update this review in a few months; and I hope to be as pleased as I am now.
