Review on πŸ–₯️ 5-Pack MOSDART 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive Swivel Bulk Thumb Drives Memory Sticks Jump Drive Zip Drive with LED Indicator - Black, Blue, Red, White, Green (16GB, Mix Color) by Eliza Porter

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Surprisingly fast USB 2.0 drives! Damn, they are full of surprises!

I was surprised to find that I could buy 5 8GB MOSDART floppy disks for almost the same price as the 5 4GB floppy disks I was originally looking for. The price of about $3 per disc was amazing so I figured I wasn't getting much bang for my buck. Didn't expect much. I didn't find any advertised speeds, usually a bad sign. They were well packaged, although they didn't spend a lot of money on fancy packaging, it was more reasonable. I plugged one into my computer, it took a few seconds, but all the USB sticks seem to be on this machine, I can't fault MOSDART. The file system turned out to be FAT32, so I copied the ISO to the disk, not a big one. This was done before I could take a screenshot! I selected the full CD ISO to transfer and tried it, looking at the SUPPORTED write speed, not the peak and it was fixed at 8MB/s. Reading a file from HDD to SSD was stable at around 20MB/s, but the screenshot shows a peak of 22MB/s. The memory chips inside appear to be faster than the USB 2.0 standard. And I haven't had any bugs yet, if there are any I'll update the post. Price, cost, speed, and it was said to have an LED, I expected it to blink a little. The LED illuminates the entire body and flashes when active. I was surprised again! And it's nice. Even if one or two of these drives die, I won't complain about the price, I won't complain! Edit note: Theoretical USB 2.0 max speed = 480Mbps = 60MB/s but no one hits the max
