The best part is that they are very flexible to work around my schedule! I love how easy it was for me to get started right away as well since all of their tutorials were helpful in getting up-to speed quickly. They also have great customer service when you do need help or questions about something not clear from one of their videos/tutorials. It's been nice having someone else read over some scripts so far - just makes things easier overall! Nothing really at this point but if anyone has any suggestions please let us know!! We're using them primarily because we want our clients to be able to listen back without needing an assistant who speaks English natively (which can sometimes lead to communication problems).
