I bought these whisks to replace the one that was rusty on top (now where the food touches). I like the silicone grip, it's comfortable to hold. The different sizes didn't really bother me. What matters (now) is durability. The handle seems to be the strongest part of the whisk. The whisks themselves are VERY easy to bend. My old whisk refused to bend so I wasn't expecting it. I use a large whisk, I haven't had it that long, maybe a week or two, and I've curled my mustache twice already. The mustache looks very thin. On the other hand, the whisk is much easier to clean than my old one. I don't hate them, just feel they are of average quality, which is to be expected for a pretty reasonable price.
