Very poor quality product. One of the racquets broke the second time we used it. I recommend looking elsewhere for a similar product. It doesn't matter if something is cheap as long as it doesn't work more than twice. Also, foods with small pieces of plastic can be literally dangerous to eat. The base of the whisks that hold it together is made of plastic, although the whisks themselves are steel.

I bought these whisks to replace the one that was rusty on top (now where the food touches). I like the silicone grip, it's comfortable to hold. The different sizes didn't really bother me. What matters (now) is durability. The handle seems to be the strongest part of the whisk. The whisks themselves are VERY easy to bend. My old whisk refused to bend so I wasn't expecting it. These are GOOD whisks but I only bought them about 6 months ago and we haven't used them that much. Two of them hold springy wires.
