I was looking for a pre-workout workout that wouldn't upset my stomach while delivering explosive power and maximum focus. This pre did exactly what I was looking for. Obviously this is not a miracle worker. This gives me an extra boost after a good night's sleep. As for taste, I tried it for the first two days at the recommended amount. This is about 1 scoop with 6-8 ounces of cold water. It didn't help me. It was like drinking grapefruit. Now I mix 1 scoop with 24 ounces of cold water, occasionally adding some stevia. Now this is a game changer and it actually tastes like pink lemonade. Delicious.
