The ONLY reason for losing the star is that the box was clearly fake and a syringe was stolen from the box. The medicine bottles were NOT tampered with and there was a syringe. Strange choice of theft, but okay. Our baby was in trouble. I understand that she is new (3 months old) and her little digestive system is still working on all the issues. But it's heartbreaking to hear her scream in pain, she's a VERY good baby. THIS thing is amazing, it really worked right away. I don't think she liked the taste but maybe it was more because it wasn't reheated first, I didn't think about it. It probably surprised her. I'll remember that next time. I highly recommend.
