I got my Robovac as a gift for Christmas last year (it's actually two years old). It's been in heavy use 3 times a week since I've had it, but recently I noticed dirt pouring through the vacuum when the vacuum was cleaning the linoleum in our kitchen. Inspection revealed that the rubber strip attached to the brush guard was worn. When I looked for a replacement part, none was available. Model 11s has a very similar part so I decided to take a chance. Pros: - Vacuum cleaner now works the same as before - Installation was easy - As I'm sure I'll have to replace this part again next year, I'm glad it's a multipack. Bad: - It's not quite what you need for the role of 11c Pet. The holes don't line up and the strip is slightly shorter. The replacement strip is held in place by compression and sandwiched between the two halves of the brush housing. Other than that, it seems extremely secure (I tried pulling the strip out as a test and it didn't budge). Ugly: - I'm a bit disappointed with Eufy, 11c Pet Robovac just isn't old enough. cease production of such replacement parts. After ordering these strips I contacted Eufy via email and their customer service (who was very helpful) informed me that they have some 11c Pet spares in stock. It's a bit of a complicated process to get them, but for those who want an exact match, this seems like the only option. I hope this alternative 'fix' helps other 11c pet owners. I will update this review with new information.
