Comes with a small dash/adhesive mount. I wanted to use it instead of a bleed clip. It just wasn't sticky enough. However, I had a 300 mile journey ahead of me and I went ahead and strapped it to the vent. It worked very well! My phone is probably the biggest phone you can put in it. I have a Note 9 with a very thin case. Due to the weight and design of my vents, they have shifted from side to side, but I certainly don't see this as a downside to the product. It will open and you can put your phone inside. I'm not sure if my phone supports wireless charging. I haven't found an option yet. I like the option just in case my daughter uses it. I know your phone supports it. I wish it had another way to attach it, but to be honest my phone is probably too heavy for anything other than a vent clip.
