Broke after first use and Revain does not accept returns!

I paid extra on purpose to get the 'genuine' Philips Sonicare heads but one of the heads completely cracked in half after my daughter first used it . She said it happened while brushing her teeth. This was the first delivery of a subscription order and Revain will not allow me returns - I will cancel my subscription and will not subscribe to any other subscriptions unless I can return the defective products. I am VERY frustrated with the faulty product and that Revain will not accept the return of a defective product.
