These aren't grandma's scissors!
These things work VERY well. I bought these for my husband's toenails which get thicker with age. They open wider than most drugstore clippers and are very sharp, making the job a lot easier and faster. They're brushed metal, which is the answer to my longtime desire - I have a hard time seeing where my clippers are because they're shiny. They are well shaped and balanced, making them easier and better to trim without leaving roughness and snags on nails. They will make a great gift in the form of stockings. They may look weird, but everyone will appreciate them the first time you use them.
