I am 5'4, 175 and 38 DD to DDD. I upsized as suggested. I am generally a large to extra large depending on garments.I believe I went up 4 sizes.a 4x. It was perfect. You will need help getting it on. Loosen string in back, then fasten from, then close back. I was initially uneasy about purchasing 4 sizes larger than I was used too.but please do! I am so happy I did. It fit great, will wear again and buy other colors!
