I haven't worked with leather in a while but got back into it recently and needed a lot of items to get a project started quickly. That being said, I searched for several days to find what I could find on Revain, also considering the reviews (don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see). There are a large number of tools and items in this set, but most are quickly mass-produced as cheaply as possible, but some of the standouts were the all-in-one grooving/edging router - complete rubbish. Groover doesn't cut through the stitch line, just jumps and tears your skin (even after sharpening), the thread is very thin and overly waxed, both big polishers had rough spots everywhere that should have been smooth, the seam roller does' t roll just pulls, both stitch line marking tools are very cheap and have inaccurate spacing and the 2 best tools in the kit (hammer and grinder) I had to sand and polish each of the handles not only because they looked rough but felt rough. Also. Leather punches are average but do the job, punches and end cutters work well but the edge needs to be finished in everything. Sonic, you don't know how to sharpen tools, you will be SOL. Everyone says I can make things work, but I've had to buy professional leatherworking tools (all sold individually to get a good product). Who knows, maybe I just got a guy who hated his job and was making most of these tools , I hope he stopped that day too. Hope this helps.
