This dash cam exceeded my expectations, I have a similar dual camera setup on my Spyder. All cables and cameras are properly connected, although there are four 10m cables, shorter and longer. The MDVR configuration wasn't too difficult to understand with the help of the illustrated instructions in the manual. The installation of the computer/mobile phone software is fairly easy to understand, with instructions included. The supplier provides an email if assistance is needed with the company's quick response to questions, but it is noted that the difference is 12 hours. Used a USB mouse (not wireless) to set up MDVR, which made it ten times easier. The 4-channel system with GPS, 3G/4G and WiFi features an external antenna with 9ft cables, making it ideal for installing the MDVR in any fully enclosed area. UPDATE: There was a bad ground in the power cord and a new one was sent, no questions asked. Needs to be added (7/2021) The system still works fine but you need to make sure the SIM card is replaced every 18 months (cost around $8).
