A.maaa.zing! for cats

Yesterday, on Black Friday, my little cat was neutered. I didn't think in advance that I had to be prepared for this. The morning before the operation, the vet asked me if I would like to buy an electronic collar. I said, "What?" I've never heard of that. So I have an awful plastic cone with a piece of gauze to tie around her neck. I was charged $15 for this ($15!). It's awful (although I'll admit it was pretty weird to see the kitten trying to walk. Poor thing!)! To make matters worse, I was told he had to stay for 14 days (14 days!?). So I quickly went to Revain to find an alternative and saw this survival suit. There are many sellers who have almost the same suit. Since it was Black Friday, I got a discount of only $7.99 for pink. The only thing that annoyed me was being told it would not arrive until Monday the 30th. All other sellers had a Monday or Tuesday date. So I went for this one because of the Black Friday sale. Last night I checked the status of my order and saw that it was supposed to arrive on Sunday. I've been very happy about it! A day early (because I knew this whole weekend was going to be a nightmare with that cone). Well, to my absolute amazement. I checked the status of my order an hour ago and it said DELIVERED! My daughter ran to the mailbox and sure enough her little pink onesie arrived! I'm so happy right now! We immediately put on a suit. At first I was a bit concerned because he looked very, very small. But it just fits her (maybe it's too small but I hope she doesn't get out). I have a small size. According to the vet's records, she weighs 5.6 pounds. She kept falling when wearing it but I think once she gets used to it she will be fine. It's MILLIONS times better than a cone! At the moment she's snuggled up in her round plush bed with a heating pad in the zipped playpen. She looks a lot more comfortable than she did in a cone last night. I also ordered a soft pillow collar (looks like a chocolate donut with sprinkles) because I was worried she might still try to play with her tummy. When she does, I put the donut collar on her along with the suit (and that suit stays on 24/7 until its 14-day cooldown is up). And you probably won't even need a donut (the donut, along with the soothing collar and soothing spray, isn't coming until next week, Wednesday. God!). I have to say that I am more than satisfied with this purchase! I was not only surprised by the price, but also by the speed of delivery! THANK YOU SO MUCH! This is a lifesaver for my kitty (and for my daughter and I!)! And not to mention he's absolutely gorgeous on her! Update: It's been 23 days since we received the little pink bodysuit. A few days later I ordered a medium size. Our kitty is now 6 pounds and the medium fits much better. I love that it has a little tie at the top of the neck to keep it from rolling out (not all suits have this feature). After healing 14 days after her surgery, we removed this bathing suit (we call it a bathing suit). She liked to take care of herself, and then the mad cat came out again. When she's "naked," she runs around the house like a wild animal. As she puts on her bathing suit, she immediately calms down. I can't tell you enough how life saving this survival suit is and that she's still wearing it! I try not to wear it on her 24/7 so she has time to clean up and be a little free. again. I had to take her to the vet again today and forced her to wear it because it's freezing outside. When I came back to pick it up everyone asked where I got it. I wasn't sure if they would react negatively to me if she still wears it and I told them what I just told you. They were all in favor and thought it was a great idea. When I got home I pulled our kitten out of the carrier and laughed hysterically. The vet put her suit on backwards! There was Velcro on her stomach and there was hardly any room for her cock and there was no way to use the potty. I don't know what they were thinking, but it was so funny. Kitty didn't want to walk like that. I fixed it and everything is fine now. Anyway I just wanted to let everyone reading this know that this is a great article for your cat. Not just when they recover from surgery, but forever. I will get more colors. :around)
