Judging by the previous reviews and pictures of this product from other reviewers I give this one a head start and assume I received a defective product as the brush I was sent is not even usable Product - as with any boar bristle brush I would expect some of the bristles to come loose but this thing looked like it was used to clean the floor and not only that but many of the bristles were tangled together. I don't know what substance, maybe the glue that held the bristles in place, but it stuck all over the brush and rendered it useless because when I removed all the tangled, tangled bristles there were almost none left. and I would have no brush at all. I'm ordering a replacement and we'll see if it's an isolated incident or just a bad brush.
