The best thing about this software has been its ease in use, it's simple interface which makes me feel comfortable with using all features available under one roof! I also like that you can create your own templates for different projects or tasks so as not be limited by what they have provided out-of box! It would help if there was more customization options when creating new tabs/pages but overall very satisfied user experience thus far!! Nothing really at present time i dislike too much other than lack of integration into third party tools such us Asana etc., however we are working hard towards building integrations where possible!! We're solving our approval management needs quite well thanks to APPROVE.
