This lighter has been used for several months. I use it every day multiple times a day. I am smoker. I'm a prankster I'm a midnight smoker too. The lighter has worked great until recently. Now I have to press the button a lot for it to light up sometimes, which doesn't really make sense because every time I press the switch it shoots a small amount of flash and gives off butane but unfortunately no flame. I like the foldable neck. It's metal, so magnets act on it. I added some magnets to one of my "aqua tubes" so I always have lighters on hand for my sessions. It is easy to refill like most other butane lighters, turn it upside down and press down. I think there is more butane coming out of the device than in lol. I'd really like to see someone change the way they add butane to lighters. Overall, I still like and use it, I'm just concerned about its longevity. But time will tell.
