I'm 5'1" and usually wear a S or M. Based on other reviews I ordered TWO sizes up and got an XL. *fits and is uncomfortable to wear - very, very, very small! You must select THREE sizes for this sweatshirt. Speaking of a hoodie, this product is NOT a sweatshirt. This long sleeve t-shirt is made from a material that is thinner than the lowest quality t-shirt material. He is NOT warm. The thumb holes are not reinforced very well and they are not that big. I have small thumbs and they barely fit comfortably through the holes. I think after a few socks the thumb holes will tear and get bigger/useless. Thing.
