First, if you google "Syba SY-PEX20124" you will find drivers for Windows 7. Second, this card may be supplied by another manufacturer and not necessarily Syba. The hardware is identical as far as I can tell. Since this card has rear connectors, you might be tempted to attach a USB cable to it without an actual USB device connected to the other end of the cable. In other words, you could choose to leave the cable plugged into the back of the device and just hang the other end somewhere on the front for easy connection to your USB device. DO NOT DO THAT. A non-detachable USB cable acts as an antenna and freezes the card. The result is a boot failure or graphics card freeze due to freezes on the PCI-E bus. Or your computer may instead no longer recognize the card and may not contain drivers when it boots. So if you experience strange system behavior, including system freezes, video freezes, or transient freezes, or strange BIOS messages during boot, make sure there are no unused cables hanging from the rear USB ports of this card.
