Review on πŸ’‘ Sengled Bluetooth Dimmable Bulb: Equivalent Brightness for Ultimate Lighting Control by Ryan Judy

Suddenly no connection to WiFi

10 days after the window expires, the bulbs will no longer connect to the WiFi. Buyer Warning. Attempts have been made to contact Sengled support as stated on the product insert with no response. Spent hours troubleshooting according to available online advice to no avail. I already had 2 new packages that I haven't installed yet. Replaced non-pluggable bulbs with 2 new Sengled Wi-Fi/no hub bulbs that connected as expected and are working fine today. Let's see how long the "smart" connection in these bulbs lasts. These bulbs are too expensive to use as standard 'dumb' bulbs after only 40 days - I don't recommend at this price point due to lack of support and limited return window due to the poor reliability I've experienced. I am not sure of the expected lamp joint life for this product, but these lamps did not live up to my expectations. If the smart bulbs are expected to last longer than 40 days, I expect a refund for the cost of the defective product. Otherwise, the description should indicate the length of functional life.

Pros
  • Very bright smart bulb: Sengled 5000K A19 smart bulbs with 1500 lumens (equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb) help illuminate rooms that need a little more light. can better meet the high brightness requirements of smart light bulbs, suitable for use in high ceilings and large empty houses, large courtyards and garages.
