Review on ๐Ÿ“ธ Espresso Finish Wall Mounted Floating Shelves with Greenco Criss Cross Intersection by Deana Schiernbeck

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Looking for a replacement (not recommended)

We had a long wall in the hallway that was unsupported so after a table and another shelf we bought these to complete the space. They were color coordinated with other items we had bought from Revain and we thought we had a winner. So we ordered 2 shelves and were reminded why we want to see before we buy. The shelves arrived in perfect condition with no damage. It is medium density fibreboard covered with veneer. When we followed the directions in the picture to assemble the shelves, the countersunk screw holes ended up between the two pieces. Luckily it was only four parts so it took some time to realize anything was left out or left out. So we assembled them, the manufacturer supplied plastic knobs to snap into the screw heads. We tried to use them, but they immediately popped out and changed color. If they stayed, they wouldn't even be near the surface. Well, we might as well use them because they're running out of space. I tried using the drywall anchors that came with it, they just twisted in the wall. So head to the hardware store to find anchors that will hold. My conclusion: fiddly, fiddly, unreliable hardware, and the knobs on the screw cap didn't stay or mismatched; maybe you want to look for something else.
