For scuba diving this may not matter but I bought a new version of the Vaquita camera and mask mount and gave it a 'test run'. However, the new mask mount is terrible. Unlike the previous one, it stands on a pedestal, which makes it unstable along with the increased weight of the camera, so the camera is unstable. Just "walking" made the video shake when viewed. Due to the poor design of the mount I had to return the entire camera. In scuba diving, as I mentioned, it probably wouldn't matter, but in spearfishing - freediving - I couldn't trust him. The old mount was actually great, so it's unclear why they had to make the new camera incompatible with the old mount. I guess I'll stick with the old camera until they figure out this bug and fix it!
