I like how easy it is to use, as well as the customer support team that works with you throughout the process. The only thing I dislike about this product are the terms of service agreements. This can be very confusing for new users who aren't familiar with these types of contracts. Make sure you read all of them before signing up! We have been able to expand our reach in several different markets by using ride cell. It has allowed us to get more customers from specific areas which we couldn't otherwise do without having an app available.
