I like that there are several levels of detail in each section, so you can customize what information is displayed for your users depending upon their roles within an organization or industry specific functions they perform (e..g., Sales Manager vs Field Service Engineer).
The interface layout could be better defined; it's hard at first glance how far down into sections certain features go if not familiar with all aspects being used from day one - perhaps have some tutorial videos available? Would also helpful as new user learning curve before ramping up production use would help reduce support requests/issues when training end uses!
