I chose this mount because it was quite cheap compared to other brands on the internet. Bad decision. This thing barely supports my TV, although it weighs within the advertised weight range. The screws on the back of the part that attaches the TV to the bracket did not screw all the way in, leaving a small gap and the TV lay on its side. The guide is hardly a guide and doesn't really make sense. I kept it, but wish I'd paid the extra money for a 'more famous' brand and hardware.
