Review on Camera Nikon D3400 Kit AF-P DX 18-55mm F/3.5-5.6G VR, black by Airi Ohtsuka ᠌

Unattractive product, unprofitable purchase.

I bought to replace my old Nikon D40, which is already more than 10 years old and was disappointed. The pictures are much worse in quality, the automatic white balance makes the pictures very blue. We have to abandon the shooting mode in jpg and shoot only in Nef with subsequent editing in Photoshop. Autoexposure constantly darkens the pictures, it is impossible to use automatic exposure, only in manual mode you can achieve an acceptable result, but you need to spend time on this to find the right parameters by trial and error. And on vacation, when you need to shoot a lot, it's very annoying. As a result, the B3400 is gathering dust on the shelf, and I am shooting with my beloved Nikon D40.

Pros
  • Dimensions, weight
Cons
  • Flimsy, cheap plastic. Auto white balance makes photos blue. Autoexposure errors. Slow review of footage (photos scroll very slowly, maybe it's the class 10 microSD that I have, you need to put in a faster memory card.)
