Review on 🍞 De'Longhi Livenza Compact Oven: 1800W Countertop Convection Toaster Oven with 9 Presets, Easy-to-Use Stainless Steel Design - EO141150M by Shay Johnson

For over $140 it should have been MUCH better

Adjustment knob broken - turn the knob to the left and the numbers go down sometimes, up sometimes. The same ones go to the right and they sometimes go up, sometimes down. Very annoying to get the desired time and temperature. And the worst thing is: After going through all this hassle, next time it won't remember what you installed, so you'll have to do it all over again. For over $140 they should be able to design a pen that works and has a memory. I will return this item. This is the 2nd return. The first oven in the picture showed convection, but I think I didn't read the fine print, it wasn't convection. So sent back that you got this. I'm tired of lugging around these huge boxes. I go to Walmart, buy a $30 Black & Decker toaster and that's it. I expected better from an Italian company, the thing has worse electronics than a cheap Chinese one. ps There is a super cheap rubber flange around the oven door that needs to be bent to get the crumb tray out. Any bets on how many times you'll pull out that crumb tray before ripping that rubber flange? Why did this oven need a rubber flange in the first place? due to the poor design of the fan motor, therefore. The motor is too noisy and powerful so they needed a flange to prevent hot air from escaping. I just bought a $99 KitchenAid convection toaster at Walmart, and it's super quiet with no rubber flange. Do yourself a favor and check it out.
