I was hoping they would replace the 12 inch straws I used at 7-11 before the COVID-19 pandemic. However, jagged cuts on either end of the straws caused me to pick and scratch my lip. Drinking Diet Coke shouldn't be THAT annoying. All I know is that unless this problem is solved with a set of properly cut straws, I won't be ordering them again.
