Windows not installed

The product was a good deal. When I received it and turned it on, it was pretty obvious that it wasn't ready to use. Windows is not installed, only transferred to the hard disk. I'm assuming there's an easy way to install it, but I've never figured it out. Out of the box, this is paper weight until you figure out how to install Windows on a device with a currently running operating system. going back.
