Look, I'm an audiophile. It takes a lot to impress me. I use this little amp for my computer with a BIC DV32B kit and a Pioneer TS-SWX2002 8" passive subwoofer. A very humble attitude, of course. But my goodness, this little amp sounds so nice. for passages. Sounds spacious and warm, like breathing only at high levels. Doesn't add much color. Focus the tone controls and it's really quite neutral. It's almost a shame that the tone controls weren't used. It doesn't matter how picky you are. If you have a small application I highly recommend this little fella. Note: the way they make it so small is the significant power supply external to the unit on the power cord. I guess I don't care Actually everything makes a lot more sense now.
