I like how easy it is to use and configure for our customers. We have used it for over 9 years now and never had any issues. It is very easy to setup and customize as needed. There are many integrations and add-ons available from various industries so we can customize it for any of our clients. Some of the features are not easily accessible or user friendly like configuring your own webhooks. There are some third party applications that could be integrated easier than using their native platform. However, they do offer a hosted version which makes things simpler.
