Chocolate does not shine, forms a matt white coating
It was terrible for shaped chocolates! The chocolate looked dull and white when I removed it from the mold and it seemed to get worse after it sat for a few days! No chocolate gloss like I'm used to. I had these and the bears and they both developed a white coating that I don't get with regular silicone molds. First I washed the molds! If you use white chocolate you may not notice this.
