Great price: my review
This monitor is of great value. It was essentially the same price as many other 21-inch monitors. I don't hear any noise when reducing the brightness below 90, so I think another reviewer who had this issue had a bad monitor. including the DVI cable. Luckily I just replaced a broken Samsung and used the cable from that one.
