Excellent smooth, efficient and soft bag.

I am very happy with this purchase. I like the color, fits the back well, I feel my MacBook is protected. I would say the only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because I needed a few more pockets or zippers in the main compartment. It's a bit odd to unzip the whole thing to pull something out of a smaller bag. Otherwise. Perfect!
