Review on CaptioningStar by Shawn Bass

I use CaptCaption to provide captioned content for my clients who are in need of it as well at times when they do not have any issues with their website or software! The customer service is amazing which makes them very easy going people that you can trust!! They will help guide through your process if needed but don't hesitate ask all questions because sometimes there might be some new things learned along this way so try everything out once before making an informed decision about using these services again. A great addition would also being able translate into multiple languages instead just English only like how others currently offer those options too. ! This allows me more flexibility without having additional time spent doing translations myself since i already know most spoken language by heart anyways lol I like that you can choose your own style of text for captioning. Captions are easy to add with this software and it is very user friendly! You cannot make changes once they have been added in the program. This makes me feel as if my work was not done properly without another person's input. It would be nice to have more control over what we want our client to see. The only thing I dislike about this product is how expensive it is. We use this service when adding content to videos.
