Great keyboard, great customer service, too small.

I've only recently used this keyboard and really like it, but it's 60% my first board and I just couldn't get used to it. The RGB is great, it has one of the prettiest backlights I've seen on an RGB keyboard, the RGB presets are amazing and really customizable even without software. FN bindings are keyboard layout changes that I had to become familiar with. I have a feeling this is the result of it being 60% KB and nothing with RK because I've even looked at the "Holy Grail" Anne Pro 2 and it has pesky hotkeys to overcome its small size. I've never had any issues with lag, broken keys, no function binding, I mean overall it was a very good keyboard. This was my first experience with brown switches, they're really good, I love the tactile feel, but overall I think I like blue switches the most, even though they're noisy. The bad: I just couldn't get used to using it. 60% KB. If you're like me and use full-size KB for everything, for example, or even 87-key, it would be difficult to switch to 61-key. Using the additional numeric keypad also annoyed me. Ultimately, this is a gaming keyboard that works very well, but I've had to work from home with this keyboard a few times and was furious. I don't think this should detract from my appreciation of this product as hopefully most people know what they are getting into. TL:DR if RK does a full 104k or 108k I would buy it no question as the kb were so good. I just can't get used to 60% KB.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Not as good as it says
