I started the paleo diet due to some autoimmune diseases and my family and I occasionally eat different foods. I wanted to freeze some of the food in portions to keep leftovers longer, as well as to make "quick" meals. Based on the reviews I was curious how well these containers would hold up in the dishwasher and freezer. I avoid cooking food in containers in the microwave whenever possible. I run them under hot water and put the food in a bowl. Therefore I cannot assess the condition after repeated heating in the microwave. However, they were on the top shelf of my dishwasher and I had no major warping or melting. Several containers broke or broke when I tried to get frozen food out of them. But I take partial blame because I probably just banged it too hard on the counter when it was too cold and brittle. This only happened 2 out of 36 so I consider it acceptable. The transparent sides are great so I can see what's inside. The variety of sizes was perfect for me. The little one is perfect for a single portion of meat or a vegetable side dish. The medium size is perfect for soups or dishes in one pot. The large size is what I use for a liter of broth. I will order again because it was so helpful.
