I've bought two Bravos for my phone and just received them, but none of them connect. I tried almost everything I could find on the internet. I have a question that is not entirely clear. When you press the button on the Bravo, are you pressing and "holding" instead of pressing and "release"? I've tried both options. I downloaded the app with no problems. When attempting to pair, the Search screen appears and the search continues. Here's what I've tried so far. Bluetooth is on and working. I disabled all running applications except TrackRI and restarted the phone in a cold state. Well done and reinstalled. I checked the battery, 3.7 on a 200m scale. I hold it within 2 inches of the phone and move it 360 around the phone. and the same results as above. (2) emailed tech support, (3) waited days and got no response. The units are back. UPDATE: (8) days after my original request, I received this response. As you can see I did everything except Airplain mode. Maybe someone who has pairing problems can use it. 1. Remove the battery from the TrackR for 10 seconds. On the TrackR bravo, the battery cover is located on the side of the device (see instructions here). On the TrackR Pixel, you can access the battery by removing the back cover with a twisting motion (see instructions here). 2. Reinsert the battery. 3. Put the phone in flight mode for 15 seconds.4. Open the TrackR5 application. When you reach the Select Device menu, press the button on the TrackR device so it beeps and lights up6. Select the appropriate TrackR in the app7. Make sure TrackR is connecting
