I have had so many problems with this printer since I ordered it. The first arrived damaged and the seller said to find the company's email address in China to apply for a warranty. After that, the seller didn't reply to me. The company in China said the seller was responsible for the damage because they didn't ship it properly. After going back and forth with them, they offered one of the circuit boards which was chargeable and I would have to pay the shipping and tax from China. I had broken each board so that didn't help as I needed multiple boards and microswitches. So many repairs I could see apart from what else I would find wrong if I could get this printer working again. Eventually I got Amazon to send me a new printer without the seller's consent. I received a second printer in much better condition. During the setup process, I found that this printer had been used for 15 hours according to the print timer. Turns out they gave me a refurbished or at least used printer, not a new one. The display does not indicate that the printer has been used or that it may have been refurbished. It all looks like you're buying a brand new printer with a great warranty and tech support. So at the end of the hours I've spent emailing and phoning, I have a brand new printer that prints moderately well.
