Cheap. my verdict: my rating

I've worn it probably 20 times and the buckle hangs on two cords. All (so-called) skin was torn. Florsheim used to be high quality, now it's Chinese junk.

The quality is good but the size is really wrong. TOO small, two inches less than advertised.
