Build Quality: This monitor is very good and exceeds my expectations. The display is just brilliant, crisp and bright. The menu buttons are exactly where I want and need them. The case and all the materials provided are excellent. This product seems very perfect and very well finished. Menus: This may not be a big deal, but one detail I miss on many portable monitors is the on-screen menu and image functions. This is not the case here. This monitor has a very user friendly (button layout), intuitive and easy to use menu that offers the full image/color/display control I've come to expect from a full screen monitor. Image Quality: The image quality is simply stunning and brilliant. The viewing angles are excellent, it has good brightness and contrast. Assembly: The magnet system is excellent. Attach 4 rare earth magnets to your laptop for customization. All you have to do is (make sure the magnets are in the right place (on the side closest to where the monitor will come out of the case), remove the mounting tape and glue attach it to the back of the monitor.Re-mount/use a second laptop.The kit comes with extra template tape if you need to re-attach the magnets or transfer them to another computer.TIP: If you want to use them on a second laptop, you can buy extra 2mm x 20mm magnets and use the ones provided Place magnets (as in pic 7) to attach (or use the template provided) You can tilt the monitor Quite heavy for flimsy hinges and light Laptops The monitor weighs a few pounds so I have to tilt the monitor back a bit when I fold the second screen. The second screen won't Not used, I can't tilt my laptop screen backwards without "falling" - in fact my whole laptop falls backwards as it's pretty light. I think this works best on "workstation" laptops, which are a bit heavy, rather than thin and light laptops, but I can't seem to use them in the same way. Single cable connection (USB-C) My laptop supports a DisplayPort over USB-C, so I can connect a monitor with a single cable. I really appreciate this feature and it makes it very easy to run a second monitor. Final Thought: As a former USB external monitor user, this is MUCH easier/useful and convenient. This is the best portable travel monitor solution available today. I highly recommend it.
