Blows out after about 600 miles

Purchased for my ENV 4.5 Smart System carbon rims. Valve length is perfect. Not too short and not too long, protruding beyond the valve opening of the rim. Pretty light for both training and competitive racing, although I blew up after about 600 miles and a few cobbles (front wheel). No noticeable splinters, nails or punctures and NO chips on the ENVE rim! Just good old-fashioned compression power. Still better than the Pirelli Zero, but worse than the standard Goodyear. Definitely not a training tire. Although Michelin would have held up better.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • I'll keep quiet
