I wear a size 22/24 pants and I always worry about internet pants being too small. So the first pair I ordered, I got a 4x. Did they work? Sure… but they were very loose in the waistZ I have to pull them up often. And I got no compression from the legs. But they still looked good and we’re comfortable and I needed them so I kept them… I continue to wear them. My next pair I got the 3x which were a much better fit. They fit great in waist and have slight compression in the legs. If you are looking for strong compression you would want to size down but my worry would be how tight the waist is on me then. I’m happy with my regular size. Super comfortable. They’ve become my daily option for wearing!
