Review on LAI MENG FIVE CATS Sleeveless Women's Clothing - Dresses by Cassie Turner

The dress arrived crumpled and open as if someone had sent it back and was hastily packed without even bothering to zip or fold neatly . I have never had clothes delivered from a major clothing retailer in such careless packaging. There are also a few threads sticking out and the colors aren't as vibrant as the picture - not sure if it's the manufacturer's fault or if someone bought it, used it and then returned it and sent it to me? Since it's not overly expensive, I don't want to use used stuff, or at least stuff that looks like used stuff. It would have been better if it was steamed/pressed, stacked and then shipped. Will most likely return it at some point.
