Great brushes! - Pastry Brush

It's not without reason that I've been using the same natural bristle pastry brush for everything in my kitchen lately. I won't tell you how long. An old brush is very difficult to clean. I end up soaking it in dish soap and rinsing it out a few times, then dousing it with commercial kitchen sanitizer — and hoping for the best. Too bad I didn't get these things sooner. They work just as well as a natural brush for most purposes and are very easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. I didn't need 4 of these, but I'd happily pay that much for one brush. Now I have spare parts.

Pros
  • GREAT FOR BAKING AND GLUING: With 1 large 10.2" brush and 3 smaller 8.2" brushes, the silicone pastry brushes can hold a significant amount of liquid. Due to their high tear resistance, the glue brushes apply and distribute liquids evenly. Soft and flexible silicone bristles are suitable for delicately gluing buns/cakes without stretching the dough or scratching the mold. Works great with meats, pastries, cakes, desserts and more!
Cons
  • Can I add something?
