Well, first of all, we are professional installers. We usually use this brand of mounts religiously, they are amazingly designed and the newer versions are even better. Some of the other points that people have mentioned are correct, this particular model number is not the best for TVs that are next one Having bulge on the back As for the mounting screw holes, we usually bring extra extensions to shorten the metal arms (cheap, flat bars found at Ace Hardware) just in case the customer bought their own TV and did not take this fact into account, which I can fully understand anyway. We also bring extra screws and plastic spacers, for example we usually sell Samsung TVs that use longer screws at the top and regular screws at the bottom that come in the box. While most kits come with a few screws in a bag that will fit most TVs, there's always a chance you own one of those weird TVs. In short, we recommend this brand for price, quality and durability. Most of the new Barkan mounts come fully assembled and ready to install, just like these, and we don't really use those weird ear-like plastic things with lots of holes.
